For 28 years, Mr. Kapor has served as chairperson of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Social Security Practice Committee. David Kapor founded this firm 30 years ago. Prior to limiting his practice exclusively to representing claimants before the Social Security Administration, he was a successful trial attorney. Mr. Kapor uses his trial skills and experience to benefit our disability clients during the hearing process. Additionally, his medical knowledge gives him insight and understanding of our client’s impairment related issues. Before he was an attorney, Mr. Kapor was a member of the IPW’s Union, working in an asbestos factory.
