David W. Kapor

Founding Partner. I have over 40 years of experience in helping disabled individuals and their families in our community.  First as David W. Kapor & Associates, LLC; then as Kapor I Davis & Associates, LLC and now as Kapor Law.   For 28 years, I served as Chairperson of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Social Security Practice Committee. In that capacity I am honored to be held out as a community resource for our medical community and our local social service agencies. As you can see from my resume I am a recognized leader in this field of practice. I have focused my career on improving the lives of the less fortunate in our community and thereby improving the quality of life for all. I have been given a gift, and my firm’s mission has been to use that gift to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who need our unique legal services the most. Consistent with our firm’s mission, we assist people from all walks of life in obtaining the benefits they have earned and deserve.

As a former union member myself, I have a unique understanding of the high-level demands of tradespeople.  I am honored to be able to serve our tradesmen including boilermakers, pipe-fitters, ironworkers, veterans, carpenters, electricians, paper workers, construction workers, warehouse workers, and other tradespeople throughout Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana. We help our veterans and healthcare professionals such as doctors and nurses.
